Our panel of experts is limited to board certified physicians and our physicians are willing to testify in support of their unbiased opinion. Liability Examinations

Expert Claims Services will copy all medical records and forward them to the examining physician.

Once an IME is requested an appointment is scheduled with a board certified physician from our national panel of doctors.

All communication with claimants attorney is done through certified mail. The physicians on our panel understand that they may have to testify in court.

Once an examination has taken place the reports are reviewed by a team of experienced claims examiners and nurses to ensure that all questions needed to be addressed are answered.

Radiological Reviews

Expert Claim Services takes the work out of obtaining MRI/X-ray Films.

Expert Claim Services will physically pick-up your radiological films, lay-out whatever monies are necessary, and personally deliver them to the radiologist for review.  We can have results within 48 hours.
